Today.

Maybe I ate ridiculously healthy all week and allowed Jillian Michaels to personally emotionally and physically abuse me via DVD all week... so today I rewarded myself with a mug brownie AND Oreos. Happens.

I went on a wild cleaning spree of my closet. When it comes to downsizing any of my stuff, I am either terribly sentimental and clingy or cut-throat. Today, I was cut-throat. Like Henry the Eighth status. Please reward me and buy my old clothes, consignment store. I have good taste, I swear.

I wrote a letter to a friend today, and realized the post office was already closed. My mother told me yesterday that pretty soon, the post office won't even be open on Saturdays. Blasphemy. Keep letter-writing alive, America! I beg of you. Letters are the literal best thing in the world.

I am so moved and inspired every time I watch this video. That's a moment. That's emotion. That is ART.

Also, it's 60 degrees outside. I repeat, it is 60 degrees outside and there is not even any snow on my lawn. This is not a drill. So if you'll excuse me, I think I have a pressing appointment for some sunshine!

Happiest of weekends to you. :)

    1. I KNOW. It's a tragedy. Like I'm all about the convenience of email... but something about a hand-written letter, man. It's beautiful.

    1. Right?! I'm always like, where am I when these things are happening? The raw emotion is amazing.

And I did, thank you! :) I'm basically a lizard when it comes to sun-soaking.
