Kind of Awesome.

So you know what's kind of awesome? Standing up to people. I'm not saying you should go around a falcon punch everyone you meet in the goodies just because you can, but I'm just saying its nice when you can finally tell someone who's kept you down for a long time that they're done. I think its nice when you can rise above the limiting expectations both they have for you and you have for yourself. When you can just say, "You know what? No." And pick yourself up and tell them it's not okay, and realize that its really not.

I think its kind of awesome doing things that are hard for you, things that might be painful or just seem pointless, because when you overcome those things, there isn't anything or anyone who can keep you down. I think its awesome to just live your life the way you feel is right and do so with a smile. I think its great to do things that maybe won't matter to other people, but they matter to you, so you do them. I think its nice to give and not worry about how its going to be received. I think its nice to be brave and to set yourself free. You're the only one who can do it, but likewise, you're the only one who can keep yourself down. And when you realize that, you can stand up to anyone and do anything.

And that, my friends, is just sort of awesome. You know? Yeah.
